Home to 1000 students, the 28-storey purpose built student accommodation received upgrades to the reception, mezzanine and podium level, and sky room on the 26th floor.

As a specialist student accommodation contractor, Project Interiors carried out a full refurbishment creating cosy study rooms, entertainment and relaxation spaces and an upgraded reception area.

Beautiful timber joinery was installed to create a relaxing environment for the students live, play and study.

On Levels 23/24/25 Project Interiors carried out a full refurbishment on these top levels to create a more usable and attractive space to study that made optimum use of the desirable location and panoramic views of the London skyline.

A movie room, karaoke room, gaming area and gym space was created in the mezzanine area offering students best in class entertainment and fitness spaces - all essential factors for student wellbeing.
