Project Interiors successfully completed a two-phase refurbishment of communal and amenity spaces at a busy student accommodation site in London. The goal was to modernise shared areas and improve the everyday experience for residents, while carefully managing works within a live operational environment.
From project inception, we worked in close partnership with the client to ensure that every detail, from scheduling to coordination and communication, was aligned with the unique demands of an occupied building. To minimise disruption and maintain resident comfort, we implemented a robust project management approach that included detailed phasing plans, ongoing coordination with building management, and consistent communication with the client and on-site teams.
Despite the challenges of working within a live student residence, the project was delivered on schedule and to a high standard. The upgraded communal areas are now more functional, welcoming, and visually engaging, enhancing the overall quality of life for residents.
