Project Interiors were appointed to deliver the high-end amenity fit out at Oldfield Wharf, a Ridgeback BTR development in Salford.

The aim was to create premium, multifunctional spaces that enhance the resident experience and support both work and social living.

The scope included private dining facilities, a cinema room, reception area, manager’s office and dedicated co-living and co-working spaces, alongside fixed and loose furniture and integrated site-wide sound and visual systems. With base build works ongoing, limited parking and no external compound, early coordination and careful programming were key to maintaining progress across the 14-week programme.

The completed spaces now provide residents with high-quality, welcoming environments that balance practicality with comfort, creating a strong sense of community.
