Project Interiors were instructed to refurb a London based student accommodation facility. The project involved the complete refurbishment of communal amenity areas, laundry facilities, and external works to elevate the student experience and modernise the accommodation. The works included a full internal strip-out, removing existing furniture, partitions, ceilings, doors, and finishes, followed by the installation of new partitions, ceilings, and high-performance flooring throughout.

Finishes featured Forbo carpet, LVT, and vinyl flooring, complemented by full redecoration works. Acoustic oak wall panels were installed, alongside Crittall glazing to enhance aesthetics. A new office kitchen and reception area were also fitted with integrated joinery and modern finishes.

Mechanical and electrical upgrades comprised new lighting, emergency systems, HVAC installation, and relocation of the three-phase distribution board. Security and safety enhancements included new CCTV, access control, intercom, and repositioned fire alarms.

An integrated AV system featuring Sonos speakers, Samsung digital displays, and iPad control was introduced to create an interactive social space. Artwork and planting were added to create a warm and welcoming environment, while new parcel safe storage improved operational functionality. The project delivered a high-quality and durable environment for student living.
